Interlock Paver Repair & Releveling

Sunken pavers don't fix themselves.

Interlock Paver Repair & Releveling

Interlock settles. Freeze-thaw cycles, downspouts, and traffic all shift the bedding layer underneath, and once a walkway starts dipping it only gets worse — water pools, joints wash out, and edges become trip hazards.

We lift the affected pavers, correct the problem underneath, re-screed with fresh HPB or bedding sand, and re-lay the original stone with tight joints and polymeric sand. Done right, a relevel disappears into the rest of the surface — you shouldn't be able to tell where we worked.

If the base itself has failed (soft spots, major settling, poor original compaction), we'll tell you before we start, not after. Base repair is quoted as a clear contingency so there are no surprise invoices.

Common questions

How much does interlock releveling cost?

Most walkway and step repairs run $350–$900 depending on area and access. Larger patios or base failures are quoted after a site visit or clear photos.

Can you match my existing pavers?

In most repairs we reuse your existing stone, so matching isn't an issue. For replacements we source Techo-Bloc, Unilock, and Oaks products locally.

How long does it take?

Most releveling jobs are done in a day. Base repairs may add a day depending on size.
